Fast Response: We will respond within 2 hours to any enquiry received by phone to 1300 225 935 or by email to sales@aclconnect.com.au during business hours. We may not be able to resolve your question in that time frame, but we will at least provide details of actions being taken, and where possible, an estimated time for a resolution.

Same-Day Dispatch: We will have orders for stocked items, placed by 2.00pm on a business day, ready for pick up on the same day. Couriers may not always be able to collect the same day due to cut-off times so may be collected the following day.

Proactive Communication: We will keep you updated regularly on the status of any enquiry or changes to lead times for items on backorder.
