The INOX design is specifically intended for surface work on stainless steel (INOX) and for general use on non-ferrous metals and bronze. These tools are used for rough grinding of stainless steel (INOX) castings and grinding of moulded parts made of high-temperature-resistant alloys. Series A mounted points are generally used on larger, stainless steel components, such as in container construction. Due to the special shapes, it is possible to grind in a variety of contours. The applications range from grinding in hard-to-reach areas to machining bores and small holes as well as smoothing.
FEATURES:
- A Shape 1/4" Shank Aluminium Oxide - Pink - O Hardness
- Mounted points in hardness O consist of pink aluminium oxide in a vitrified bond.
- These tools are characterized by a very long tool life and good stock removal rate due to the combination of wear-resistant grain and a hard bond.
- The hardness O is particularly suited for use on edges and for deburring work on steel components.
- Long tool life and low tool wear due to the hard, dimensionally stable bond
- Economical to use due to the high edge stability even on low-speed tool drives
- Due to cool grinding, particularly suitable for use on temperature-sensitive materials.
- High level of grinding comfort due to low-vibration grinding.
